Our firm recognizes that our LGBTQ+ community faces unique challenges since the laws only changed less than a handful of years ago finally allowing for full marriage equality. While we are excited and celebrate that justice finally prevailed, we understand that the justice system may not be fully prepared. Unfortunately, our legal system may be a bit archaic because current laws were written based on heterosexual marriage. We believe that people are equal in all aspects and, thus, confidently provide and handle same-sex divorces for clients.
